Qatar

A small peninsula on the Persian Gulf, Qatar is a tiny, oil-rich country with over 200km of coastline. The modern Qatari nation is only around 50 years old and the country has grown extraordinarily quickly in that time.

The Museum of Islamic Art takes the place of pride in the city centre. Further afield, you can learn more about the traditional Bedouin culture and try some of the adventure activities in the desert.
