South Korea
Known for its K-Pop, fashion, cosmetics, Buddhist temples, South Korea is a beautiful country with a hilly and mountainous landscape, dotted with cherry trees. It's also a safe and relatively accessible country to visit - just be prepared for limited amounts of English.
Influenced by Chinese and Japanese cultures, South Korea is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. It's also home to some great food which is now making its way onto the radar of Westerners - think kimchi, bibimbap, bulgogi and Korean fried chicken.
